| PREMIER Golf Cedar Point Club is the home of the 2009 & 2022 Men’s State Amateur and 2023 Women’s State Amateur. Cedar Point Club opened in 1964 and in 2004 underwent an extensive $2.7 million golf course renovation designed by renowned golf course architect Tom Clark. The par-72 course now features Tif-Sport Bermuda tees, fairways, and rough as well as drought and heat resistant A1/A4 bent grass greens. Cedar Point boasts five sets of tees with yardages ranging from 5050 to 7160 yards. Members enjoy outstanding year-round play as a result of improved drainage, excellent irrigation and full cart paths. Golf Digest recently recognized our Par 3 course as one of the Top Ten in the country. We also offer an 18-station driving range, putting green and chipping area to complete the golf experience. Our fully stocked Pro Shop provides the latest in golf technology and fashion. One of the many unparalleled benefits of the Cedar Point golf experience is that our Members have no difficulty securing a desired tee time and easily complete their rounds in 4 hours! PGA Professional and Director of Golf Reid Derco and his team of talented PGA professionals offer a variety of private instruction, clinics, and custom club fittings in addition to coordinating many play days, groups and events which provide wonderful opportunities for competitive and social play. | RACQUET SPORTS With four outdoor lighted Har-Tru courts and two indoor Deco-Turf courts, the Cedar Point tennis / pickleball complex is unmatched in the area. Our USTPA Professional and Master Racket Technician, Jan Talian, offers a variety of lessons and clinics while also coordinating play groups, matches for players of similar skills, round robins and leagues.   | Aquatics Our large Aquatics Center has a full size pool with swimming lanes, water slide and children's wading pool. It’s a wonderful place for your family to relax during the summer. Swimming lessons, water aerobics and other fun activities make this a great family experience. While lounging by the pool, enjoy the lovely views of the Nansemond River and our delicious poolside menu. Riverwinds, the Aquatics Center Cafe, is a beautiful restaurant with open-air patio spaces that serve lunch, dinner and cocktails. |

Cedar Point specializes in the freshest local seafood and Certified Angus Beef while boasting outstanding dining, themed dinner buffets and holiday events. The clubhouse also features small meeting rooms and a large banquet area that can host events from 20 to 140. Club activities include competitive croquet, casual parties, children's activities, dances, family nights, book clubs and so much more.   | Private Dining Derived from the scientific name Juniperus Virginiana, Junipers are coniferous trees and in the cedar family that are native to our area. Welcome to The Juniper Room. Junipers impermeable coat protects the embryo when being dispersed giving a private setting for natural and organic strength. Such will be our private dining room at Cedar Point Club. The Juniper seeds last a long time, and can be dispersed long distances over the course of a few years. A perfect way to describe our members, Clients and private event guests can use this room to strengthen their relationships. The Juniper Room is available to rent for private parties, events and tastings. Oh, by the way, Juniper berries also make a nice cocktail garnish and is the only botanical found in all gins. This gives us a reason to celebrate the spirit of spirits.  |
